It has consequently established an joint-venture of Shaxian Hongsheng Plastic Co., Ltd., in 2002 and Guangdong Jieyang Fuli Chemical Co., Ltd.
The Corporation was located in Yangfang Science and Technology Industrial Garden, Shaxian, Fujian, China,covers an area of 15000 square meters. Shaxian County is a city with long history and busy business, the transportation is well developed, The highway from Beijing to Fuzhou go through it in 2004, and it takes 2 hours only from Shaxian County to Fuzhou International Airport;As well No.205 national highway and the railway of Yingtang to Xiamen go through it. There are 280kilo meters from Shaxian County to Fuzhou Mawei Port, and 320kilo meters to Xiamen Port.
